Managing Director Rory Mason has over a decade of marketing experience, having worked for clients such as Superdry, Sony Mobile, Viking and Husqvarna. He has a passion for how all aspects of digital work together and loves nothing more than “a good ole digital marketing geek out”.
Rory has the desire to be the best at everything that he turns his hand to and works extremely hard to achieve the ambitious goals he sets for himself. He has always looked to share his skills and instil a sense of belief into others.

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

After 17 years in financial services, Louise decided it was time for a new challenge. Her previous experience, encompassing analytics, policy and external stakeholder relations, bring depth and a different perspective to how we support our customers.
Louise is passionate about Ground Up’s social goals and equally focused on providing a great client experience. Her strengths include a focus on those small but important details that can otherwise be missed, and an ability to think ‘outside the box’ and come up with fresh new ideas.

RYAN BLUE

HEAD OF MARKETING

Ryan has been running marketing operations for a wide range of companies since graduating from university. Working for firms across a wide range of sectors both b2b and b2c including manufacturing, services and retail sectors he’s picked up a wealth of experience and got more than a few tricks up his sleeve.

Since joining Ground Up Digital in a management role, Ryan quickly progressed through the ranks to head of marketing. His tireless efforts to make a real difference helps drive fantastic results for our clients, as he constantly strives to reach new records.

RICHARD MAKIN

HEAD OF WEB DEVELOPMENT

Richard has worked for over a decade in Financial Services, working initially as an Advice Paraplanner but quickly moving into Application Development, where his real interest lay.
In this area, Richard’s primary role was the creation of financial analytical tools, working to automate the analysis of the customer’s investment portfolios and their underlying fund performance, as well as overseeing large scale data migrations and the implementation of the company’s GDPR data retention framework.Richard moved to Ground Up Digital as he felt our strong social values aligned with his own and wanted to dive deeper into web development and apply his creative flair. He is excited to use his wealth of experience with a wide range of clients with differing needs, where he can use innovative and creative solutions to help realise their vision.
